Ordering

 Standard items are usually processed within 1 – 3 business days.

Custom items might take up to 5 business days to process.

Shipping costs may vary based on the weight of your order, the delivery method, and the country. The standard shipping cost to UK for Standard Delivery is £6.00

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

I understand, I change my mind too! So if you’ve placed an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours unless it has already been sent out. There are no fees for the cancellation. However, keep in mind that if you want to return the item after you’ve received it, the buyer has to cover the delivery expenses.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that I’ve received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

At this point, I am dispatching to the European Union and the United Kingdom. If you would like me to ship to any other countries, just let me know and I will do my best to make it happen.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me via email or send a message via the contact form. Please note: buyers are responsible for returning an item.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to issue refunds for items that are custom-made.

I am devoted to providing a great customer experience, so please don’t
hesitate to contact me if you have any queries regarding your
custom-made product and we can work out a solution.

Basically, you can return any item without giving a reason within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. This may be in the same box or another shipping box. I do recommend that you pack the item well in protective material to prevent damage. Should the item not be returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
